After some travels and dealing with the adventures of daily life I now have a block of uninterrupted time to delve deeply into the dulcimer mine. The glue-pot hisses, the BBC streams in via the internet, wood-shavings and sawdust on the floor and a happy dulcimer maker in the middle of it all.

My camera seems to default to taking photographs in the Impressionist style. Either that or I haven’t figured out how to use it.  At least you can get an idea of what is going on in the shop today.

There is a chill in the air, sunset comes early and I see fewer birds on the feeder. Winter is coming.
