An interesting use of old tools and a powerful artistic statement:

That is an intriguing installation.
However, as a woodworker, I think it is misnamed. It should be maker of the universe - not controller. I see the maker directly opposite from where the picture was taken, with the tools in the left and right hands, forming the ether into the shape(s) of his liking.
